Privacy policy
Last updated: November 3, 2026
This policy explains what personal information AmericanStruct ("we", "us") collects through americanstruct.com during our pre-launch period, why we collect it and the choices you have. We will update this policy before marketplace accounts open.
Information we collect
- Early-access sign-ups: your name, email address, how you plan to use AmericanStruct (client, freelancer or company), and optionally your company name, country, disciplines and a short message.
- Contact form messages: your name, email address, optional company name, topic and message.
- Security data: a one-way hashed version of your IP address (we do not store the raw address) to prevent abuse, and the result of a Cloudflare Turnstile check that helps us block automated spam.
How we use it
- To invite you to AmericanStruct and send you updates about our launch and early access.
- To reply to your messages.
- To protect the website from spam and abuse.
We do not sell your personal information and we do not use it for third-party advertising.
Service providers
- Cloudflare — DNS, content delivery, security and bot protection (Turnstile).
- Resend — sending transactional emails such as early-access confirmations.
- Our own server, which hosts the website and its database.
Retention
We keep early-access sign-ups until the platform launches and you either create an account or ask us to remove you. Contact messages are kept for as long as needed to respond and for our records, and no longer than 24 months.
Your choices and rights
You can ask us to access, correct or delete your information, or to stop emailing you, at any time by writing to [email protected] or replying to any of our emails. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under local data protection laws (such as the GDPR or CCPA).
Cookies
The public website does not use advertising or analytics cookies. Cloudflare may set strictly necessary security cookies to protect the site.
