Jeppesen Terminal, Denver International Airport

Denver, Colorado, United States · Contemporary Architecture

Architectural reference — not an AmericanStruct project. A well-known building shown for inspiration. Facts marked “Wikidata” are taken from Wikidata; photographs are credited below and used under their licences.

The Jeppesen Terminal at Denver International Airport is crowned by a long run of white, tent-like peaks that form its roof. The pointed membrane forms, each topped by a mast, give the building a skyline that reads clearly across the flat plains surrounding the airport. Seen from above, the peaked roof contrasts with the rectangular parking structures and glass hotel beside it.
